What a beautiful location and home
4/5 The home was perfect, the property was so nice right on the lakes…the sunrise and sunsets were beautiful! The interior was comfortable and my stay was wonderful. I am definitely going to stay in this home again!
The homeowner addressed ever need I had and helpful. The book provided with information was slick and easy to follow.
What a wonderful vacation was had by all! My rating is over 5 stars.

Arrowhead lake
3/5 If you have any issues with artificial fragrances, don't rent this house. Every room had an AirWick plug in. The house was outrageously scented to the point that it made us feel sick, even after unplugging all of them. Every piece of fabric in the house smells. So unhealthy. I thought all rentals had to be scent free??? It's a shame, as the house was nice and the beds were comfortable. The only other issue was you could really hear the highway.

- We were disappointed to hear your stay did not fully meet your expectations and would like to take a moment to address your concerns.
- We were unaware of any issues or concerns during your stay and wish you had given us the opportunity to remedy the issue. We would have promptly responded and been happy to help. We do have air fresheners in the home which are essential oils and non-toxic, and our bedding is washed in an unscented commercial detergent.
- We have never had this complaint before. We do include a map on our listing so that guests can see the approximate location of the home prior to booking, but we apologize that this caught you off guard.
We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.Place was great, very clean, owner was very responsive, would definitely stay there again.
