  There for the weekend. Did not have the roll away bed as stated in the listing. Outside trash can was full when we took it out to the curb as instructed for check out. Other than that it was a nice place to stay.

  We had a great time in Gilbert. The house was perfect for us. It was close to the Cubs games and everything! The beds were comfortable. If we come back to this area, we will definitely stay here again, if it's available. It's in a quiet safe neighborhood and a Beautiful home!

• Great location - needs attention

  The house was clean and in a great location. Close to restaurants, shops, and dining ( 5 stars)

  Owner was very responsive and communication was prompt. (5 stars)

  Neighborhood is family friendly with a nearby park (5 stars)

  Unfortunately one of the neighbors has a dog that loved to bark. Made sleeping with windows open an issue ( 2 stars)

  Kitchen was well stocked and it was easy to prepare meals (4 stars)

  We found the furnishing to be worn, uncomfortable and in need of upgrading. (2 stars)

  - In regard to the furniture. We regret that the furniture although relatively new didn't meet your expectations. We use professional photographers so we can be sure that our images accurately reflect our property and guests can decide before booking if the home, decor, and furnishings meet their expectations.

  We had stayed in this home a week and any communication with the owner was more than amazing. I would defiantly stay here again!
