3/5 The property is located close to the center of Fountain Hills. An easy walk to community center and library.
Beds were good. The property was fairly run down.
Carpet was old, kitchen very compact and few windows made it feel smaller than it was.
Lots of dogs in units adjacent to our unit.

Great place with some issues
3/5 The place overall was great. You cannot check in a single second before 4. we got there at 3:59 and the code did not work. we called the owner an realized we were one minute early and then it worked. we got approved for late check out (1PM) turned into a complete travel nightmare. we stepped out at 1030 to walk out a family member and the house locked us out. we left our phones and everything in the house. it took over an hour in 120 degree heat after chasing down a random car on the road to contact the owner to get back in

Great stay
5/5 This was the perfect place for us. It was close to everything you need in Fountain Hills. I was disappointed that we didn’t have access to W&D inside the unit but a coin operated W&D was located next to the pool. My bed was extremely comfortable and the facility was very quiet. I slept really well. Overall a great place to stay.
