5/5 This was a solid vacation rental for a big group in a nice neighborhood in flagstaff. It was well stocked, clean, spacious, and had a great fenced backyard for dogs. Would recommend for any bigger group. It’s got some signs of wear and tear, and communication was pretty difficult with the management company evolve, but other than that we enjoyed our stay.

3/5 Floors left your bare feet dirty. Communication was not the greatest. Some updates needed to be done.RO unit did not work so bring your own water to drink. Nice location. Big house plenty of room for everyone. I would stay here again.
