• Lots of pros, but some cons if you are renting during the Summer

  The house was very spacious, clean, seemed newly painted and furnished. Great location and neighborhood. Our kids loved the parks/playgrounds within walking distance from the house. We also appreciated the flexibility of the early check-in.

  The downsides were:

  - no AC. Although this was mentioned on the listing, we didn't anticipate how hot the house was during the day and at night. During the day, it was uncomfortably warm in the house. While temps came down at night, the rooms were still way warmer than we would have liked;

  - blinds didn't keep the rooms dark. The host should consider investing in better window treatments. By 6 AM or so, the master bedroom was incredibly bright and we couldn't sleep any longer.
