  Quiet place alongside private golf course. Easy to locate and near all great sites in Flagstaff.

• Expected better

  This condo is not well maintained. Entry door keyless entry was very hard to operated. We found out after a couple days that it was because the threshold is not nailed in properly and therefore the door is very, very hard to open. This condo is on the very busy main street and carries delivery trucks and all sorts of traffic. The patio is aout 35 feet from the road. Coffee maker was filthy. After we cleaned it the coffee tasted so much better. To put clothes on any space in bedroom, they got dirty due to dust and grim on shelves. Shelves throughout the condo needed a real cleaning. Clothes drier filter was packed with lint. Hard floors were dirty and got dirtier since we had not seen the broom until last day! I would also suggest the owners take away all the kitchy things on surfaces to allow those visitors some room to place there items.

  Hi Deborah, we’re sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. After reviewing your feedback, we followed up with the homeowner, who wanted to share the following:
  -We understand that the guests encountered some difficulty with the key-lock system. While the door does require a slight nudge, their claim that the keyless entry is non-functional due to the threshold is not accurate.
  -Regarding cleanliness, we confirmed with our cleaning team that the coffee makers are always thoroughly cleaned after each stay. This has never been an issue before. Similarly, we’ve never received complaints about the hardwood floors, which are swept and mopped after every guest.
  -As for the decor, we’ve consistently received positive feedback on the decoration and attention to detail. We believe there is ample space throughout the house for guests to place their items comfortably.
  -Concerning the laundry room, it is possible that some lint may have remained after use, but please rest assured that our team is diligent in maintaining the cleanliness of this area.
  -We want to emphasize that we took the guests' calls immediately, regardless of the time, to assist with access to the unit. Detailed instructions were also provided in the welcome message sent before check-in. We always encourage guests to communicate any concerns during their stay so that we can address them promptly.

  No closet access in the second bedroom. Front porch needed to be swept….spider webs etc. screen to front door squeaks & needs WD40. Ice maker gives little ice.
