This warm and inviting mountain chic cabin had everything we wanted and more. We spent the month of August and enjoyed our time tremendously. What we specifically liked:
Location - great hiking right out the back door, close proximity to Buffalo Park, Fat Man's Loop, Campbell Mesa Trail, Continental Golf Course, and downtown restaurants & breweries.
Outdoor Area - private yard with multiple decks for relaxing or dining amongst the oak trees, excellent BBQ for grilling, & sparkling heated spa.
Floorplan - a space for everyone with nooks (lower level area/upper level loft) to escape or work from home if needed (2 built-in desks). Loved that each bedroom had a king size bed & that there were 3 full baths.
Very well-stocked - one of the most well-stocked vacation rentals we've experienced. If you like to cook there are plenty of utensils, good knives, pots/pans, dishes, etc. We also appreciated the condiments, spices, coffee, etc. provided by the host.
Highly recommend this beautiful home and would definitely stay here again!
Loved hiking from the backyard access, absolutely beautiful!! Hot tub clean and top notch!

Great location and nice house, but NO air and it was horrible hot!!! Breaker couldn't handle 3 portable air units so we died at night.

David, we’re sorry your stay fell short of expectations. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: "We are sorry to hear about your stay during the hot spell we were having. While it is unusual for the nighttime temps to be above 60 degrees in Flagstaff, it does happen on occasion. Under normal summer circumstances, we recommend keeping the upstairs windows open at night in Flagstaff to keep it cool upstairs. It does seem that only two of the portable AC units can be plugged in on one circuit. Accordingly, in the unusual case of extreme heat in Flagstaff, we would recommend using two of the upstairs bedrooms with the rolling AC units and using the downstairs lounge area for sleeping. The downstairs lounge area has a private bathroom and two twin beds and is quite private. Even when temperatures are above normal, the downstairs areas have stayed cool."
