This property features 3 exterior security cameras: camera 1 is located on the north side of the house facing the backyard, camera 2 is at the doorbell facing the front outdoor entry, and camera 3 is facing the back house on-site. The cameras do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion. They will record when they first sense motion and 30 seconds after the last motion is detected

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- Please shut the gate upon arrival to prevent wild pigs from getting into the property. To open, lift up the hook on the chain
- The key is located inside a lockbox. The code is 7912. Pull the black cover down to reveal the keypad numbers
- There is a security alarm that will be armed. To disarm, press 'disarm' on the panel and enter the code 2418
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Return key to the lockbox
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Leave slept-in beds unmade
- Place all used towels in a pile
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Please shut the gate upon departure to prevent wild pigs from getting into the property
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

INTERNET INSTRUCTIONS:

- Please keep the gate shut to prevent wild pigs from getting into the property
- For the TVs only use the Dish remotes; don't use the regular remotes to avoid changing settings
- The top bunk of the bunk bed has a weight limit of 200lbs
- The fan in the bathroom is currently not functioning and the owners are working to get it fixed
