4/5 Stay was great. House could have been better outfitted in the kitchen for a large group and there were a few fairly minor maintenance issues. Space was huge, backyard was great with pool, and WinCo was a short, easy walk. Overall, I would recommend this home and James the host.

Beautiful back yard but bare
3/5 The swimming pool and back yard is beautiful and we enjoyed this part of our stay. The house is roomy and easily accommodates large groups. However the house was very under stocked: blankets, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, pillows, etc. The owner brought over supples when we requested so I am grateful for this.Overall the house needs some updating.

- As is standard for vacation rentals, the homeowner provides a starter supply of paper essentials for guests’ convenience. Guests may have to purchase additional supplies, especially for longer stays or larger groups. However, we were happy to accommodate you and bring over some extra supplies so you could rest easy and enjoy your stay.
- We appreciate your feedback and are in the process of updating the home. One of the bedrooms will be repainted soon. Considering the drought in our area, our landscaping is not what it used to be but we will work on this when the weather allows. However, the palm trees have just been trimmed. We also just had the entire home deeply cleaned.
- We hope that you keep us in mind for your future travels the next time you visit. Your feedback assists us in understanding our guests' perspectives and improving wherever possible. Thank you for sharing your review!Wedding

4/5 James was great to work with and very helpful. He was available to answer any questions or concerns that I had. The home is very nice and is three levels. I would not recommend it for anyone over the age of 70 or who has mobility issues. Four bedrooms are upstairs and two bedrooms are in the basement.
