  The house was quite spacious for a large family, the view is very nice to enjoy a sunshine as well as for a beautiful sunrise. The only thing was that it was not completely clean and did not have enough cooking utensils but inside everything we had a great time.

• Picture's make this property seem much nicer than it is.

  The hot tub and pool are tiny, hot tub was not hot. The house water smelled for at least a day (like rotten eggs). The furniture was dated and also had a smell. The pool table had no usable cues or a light. Would not stay there again and definitely wouldn't recommend.

  - We use local, professional photographers to make sure that the listing photos correctly reflect the property, so the features you see on the listing are accurately advertised. We have never had complaints about the size of the pool and hot tub in the past.
  
  - When notified about the hot tub not heating, our maintenance company fixed the issue, and the hot tub is back to temperature. We apologize this impacted your stay.
  
  - Due to the location of our property, our water comes from the City which causes the smell. Unfortunately, this is out of our control.
  
  - We were unaware of the missing items with the pool table and will work to get this corrected so other guests don't share the same experience.
  
  While we do regret our home was not up to your expectations, we are happy to report that no issues were reported by the guests who stayed the following weekend. Thank you for your insight, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again soon!

• Not as advertised

  The check in was fine, but the place had a strong order of the septic system. Turned out the showers are the problem, and after airing out for two days the problem improved. The spa was a big reason for booking the place, but it never warmed up in spite of the efforts of the host. About 1/3 of the wall outlets did not work. Location is a tired neighborhood, 10 minutes drive from the casinos. All in all, we were disappointed and we will try somewhere else next time we visit Laughlin.

  -We have never experienced problems with bad odors and our cleaning team did not report anything unusual during their cleaning before your stay. That being said we apologize for the inconvenience and will look into what may have caused the odor
  -We encourage guests to reach out and inform us of all issues while they are in residence so that we can address any concerns quickly for a most comfortable stay. As for the spa, it was a propane issue that has since been fixed and we have asked Evolve to issue you a credit for the inconvenience
