  We had a wonderful time in this house. The house is actually amazing. We used the pool table, the ping pong table, and the pool. The river and the beach are very close. The homeowners liaison was available and helpful. It was a wonderful time with my family!

• Save your money!! Don't do it!

  The property on the website looks to be nice new clean furnishings and bedding. Very far far from it! Extremely dirty...nail clippings, dirt, bottle caps and wrappers all over the floor. Bugs in the refrigerator. Old moldy coffee in the top of coffee pot. Hair scrunchies in the shower(NOT CLEAN) all bedding stained possibly not even washed. Dog hair all over the couches.You will not be able to use the bbq without getting something its so dirty. No outdoor furniture other than plastic tables and very dirty broken pool chairs. All windows and doors can not be opened which was a big inconvenience. 1 roll of toliet paper in each bathroom for 4 days 7 people.

  The pool was amazing for us(just to lounge in)The view and location were good. Also the cameras all around the outside constantly whistling(recording)made my family feel very uncomfortable as if we didn't have any privacy while in the pool and hanging out. Save your money and book a hotel!! Motel 6 has cleaner rooms/beds than this expensive house!

  The house was quite spacious for a large family, the view is very nice to enjoy a sunshine as well as for a beautiful sunrise. The only thing was that it was not completely clean and did not have enough cooking utensils but inside everything we had a great time.

  The hot tub and pool are tiny, hot tub was not hot. The house water smelled for at least a day (like rotten eggs). The furniture was dated and also had a smell. The pool table had no usable cues or a light. Would not stay there again and definitely wouldn't recommend.

  Kelly, we’re sorry to hear your stay did not meet your expectations. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
  
  - We use local, professional photographers to make sure that the listing photos correctly reflect the property, so the features you see on the listing are accurately advertised. We have never had complaints about the size of the pool and hot tub in the past.
  
  - When notified about the hot tub not heating, our maintenance company fixed the issue, and the hot tub is back to temperature. We apologize this impacted your stay.
  
  - Due to the location of our property, our water comes from the City which causes the smell. Unfortunately, this is out of our control.
  
  - We were unaware of the missing items with the pool table and will work to get this corrected so other guests don't share the same experience.
  
  While we do regret our home was not up to your expectations, we are happy to report that no issues were reported by the guests who stayed the following weekend. Thank you for your insight, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again soon!
