  Couldn't sleep....The owners were loud in the middle of the night in 11/1-2 and woke me up. I was in town for the race and needed to be at the track early in the morning, so I was looking forward to getting some sleep. Once I was up, I had a hard time getting back to sleep. Also came back during the day for a nap on 11/1 and was woken up from that. It was weird that this was offered on Vrbo and weird having the homeowner in the same house. Technically, I get that this is probably an attached ADU. But if that's what it is, then make that clear in the description because the property is definitely more of an attached apartment and not a vacation home. If the owners weren't disruptive, I probably wouldn't have cared that much. But here we are.The inside is nice and well kept, but the owners onsite would make it so that I wouldn't come back or recommend.

We had friends visiting from out of town and, while we tried to be mindful of noise, we understand how important sleep was for your early mornings. 
  
  We’re always available by phone and wish we had known about the issue in the moment so we could have quieted things down immediately, as your sleep is important to us. We don’t typically host guests at our home, and this was an unusual weekend for us. Thank you again for choosing our home for your weekend stay."

  This property was clean, comfortable and cozy. It was perfect for 2 people. It was equipped with everything that we needed. The owners provided welcome snacks and a binder with helpful information. The owners were accommodating and very friendly! The neighborhood was quiet and walkable. We enjoyed our stay and would book again!
