anthem Country Club Home
5/5 Great house,wonderful responsive host. Cozy, well equiped , comfortable house. We did have some loud barking dogs next door. Kate did engage the HOA to help quiet the dogs and purchased a bark deterrent device to help restore peace. She also replaced the microwave the day after it failed. We were welcomed with a big bag of freshly picked oranges!
es. She answered all our questions quickly. Thus the 5 star rating. Comfy beds, tons of linens and supplies!
On the downside, our extended cab tuck did not fit in garage or driveway. With no street parking, we stuck out into the street.
the community seemed a bit exclusive to me, in that the dog park does not allow non residents. The Community Center does not allow renters to purchase a pool pass, and even the City Parks has tons of signage stating it is for residents. None of this is under the hosts control though. We did find friendly shops and restaurants, and only a short distance to Lake Pleasant rec area, and the Living History Museum.
We did enjoy our time there!
Loved the place! Excellent host and gated community was very nice. Will definitely recommend to anyone who wants to spend time near Phoenix.

5/5 We have been doing seasonal rentals for the last 10 years, and this by far was the best. We loved the Anthem area, and Kate, the owner was great to work with. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable king bed, large 65 in. TV., nice patio and grill. The Community Center in Anthem has a great fitness center, pool and park.

Great location and fantastic accommodations!
5/5 The amenities in the house were perfect - many upgrades with spacious and well-designed rooms. The mattresses were very comfortable, too! The property was spotless and the owner was pleasant and flexible. A short hop to Sedona and an easy day trip to the Grand Canyon. Closer to home, we enjoyed the clubhouse for a casual and yummy lunch and the swimming pools were spectacular. In addition, we enjoyed a dinner cruise on a nearby lake one evening. I highly recommend this house for it's amenities and location and look forward to returning next year!
