Very nice place and close to Fayetteville
4/5 Very nice and clean. Very close and handy to either Fayetteville or NWA. Check in and everything went fine, no issues at all. Great spot for a small group for a game weekend.

Nice stay
5/5 This was a very comfortable stay. The beds were really comfortable. The walls are a bit thin and we could hear our neighbors a little too easily at times but nothing so bad that we couldn't sleep.
The location is great. Just a stone's throw from Fayetteville, and the surrounding area. We are seriously considering buying a home in this area for retirement.

Issues
1/5 Freezer was full of ice litterly from weeks of overruns. Toliets water was cut off on arrival. Come to find out two of three stuck and leaked.

Springdale stay
4/5 We arrived the house was clean and smell was good. We didn’t care for the beds they were to hard for our liking. We stepped out on the little patio but it’s all grown over as most there with the bushes and trees so you couldn’t even sit out there. Not much maintenance done on that backside.
We didn’t cook there but noticed they had anything that you would need if you chose to.
