  This home is amazing and includes a huge patio with a beautiful lake view! It is perfect for a family getaway and there is lots of room for everyone to spread out. The host was so helpful and responded back so quickly whenever we reached out to him. The beach area is so convenient with just a 10 minute drive. I will definitely recommend this home and we will be back to visit in the future!

  Firstly, I want to start by saying this home and location is stunning. I was in love with the beauty of the wildlife and lush mountainous lake views. To see this home in pictures is one thing, but to be there was just magical.

  The cottage was very clean and well maintenance. The patio area was a great hangout spot for me and my party of 10 and the BBQ pit was great. The sound system in the lights was cool and the rooms and bathrooms were large enough to accommodate everyone. The living room area was awesome as well. All I can do is compliment Ian because he was very nice and answered all my needs. Rogers is one of the nicest locations I have ever been. The people in Rodgers were super sweet and so friendly. It was a friendly atmosphere and the countryside was beautiful. I would get in my jeep and drive down the trails in the mountains and I didn’t want to leave. I am from Shreveport, LA so it was a great experience and I do plan to come back soon. Also, Beaver Lake is a must-see. The water glistens and people are always enjoying themselves on Beaver Lake. Please, don’t think twice, get this home. I promise you will not regret it.

• Wonderful Stay!!!

  My family spent three nights in this house and loved it! We were 6 adults, one toddler, and one baby and we had plenty of room. The only stairs in the place are between the living room and dining room which was great for a great-grandpa with bad knees and the crawling baby. The owner even supplied a baby gate for us which I really appreciated! The place was very clean with lots of extra details. I love little conveniences like the USB charge ports on the kitchen island. The master bedroom had a big walk-in closet that worked perfect for my toddler to have her own place to sleep. I was worried that the deck would be too sunny but the umbrellas were huge and easy to adjust so it wasn't a problem. The grill was really easy to use, just set the temperature you want and it'll get you there. Fishing wasn't high on our priority list, hence why we got a place further from the water, but if that matters to you, it is a couple minute drive to the nearest public fishing spot. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this place!!

  First off, the house, location, furnishings, conveniences, little touches, dishes, utensils, supplies, etc are all spot on! I mean we wanted for NOTHING. The owners are truly focused on their guests having a great vacation and it shows. Their attention to detail as well as their focus to have the property 120% ready for quest was exceptional. Additionally, they helped us with several questions about the local area and even quickly brought supplies over when we ran low due to an extended stay.
