This will have been our fifth stay at this property and this week I plan to reserve another two weeks in 2024.
The manager, Darcie, is stellar and takes care of everything in a very timely manner.
The relaxing view from the house plus the large terrace overlooking the White River can't be beat. We also really enjoy the fact that it is secluded without another property in sight making it really feel like it is your own hideaway.
Very well equipped and also spotless - it can't be beat -- just let me get my reservations in before you so I don't miss out!
From the moment we entered until we left the experience was wonderful. It was beautifully decorated, and the kitchen was really well appointed. There were lots of indoor and outdoor games. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the river. We were fly fishing and went down to Buffalo City to fish. We really enjoyed having the garage to store our rods and to outfit them before we went fishing.
The hostess was wonderful and checked up with us to make sure all was ok.

Absolutely perfect if you fish & want to be miles from anywhere else. No cell reception, which is great for those that want to be a little off the grid (though wifi was super-quick.Great communication and easy to check-in. Very impressed with the whole place. Highly recommend.

From the owner: "Hello Peter, Thank you for the review and we appreciate the nice compliments on Riverside. I'm sorry to hear you didn't have cell service, it just depends on what provider you have. Mine is AT&T and I have always had service. I hope you decide to get away from it all again and come back!"
So we obviously love it and have already booked to go back in November. We think it is the best place on the river. No other house in sight and the deck is superb.
Darcie (the manager) has it so well equipped and the set up makes it easy for two couples or a family.!
It's our getaway place from everything!
From the owner: "Hello Kerry & Cordell. Welcome back once again and I'm sure you're looking forward to your fifth stay next month! I hope we have beautiful fall colors for you to enjoy. Cordell, you'll be pleased to know the White has come up some since you checked out, so you'll have a little more water for your fishing. Thank you for your review and compliments."
We loved the privacy of this house. The layout was great. The outdoor space was amazing. I loved the gardens and all the butterflies. The river was low so we couldn't fish from the dock, but rim shoals is a short trip down the road. We had a blast.
From the owner: "Thank you, Samantha. So glad you and your friends enjoyed your stay; my goodness, you left the place spotless! We truly appreciate you taking care of Riverside like it was your own. I hope you'll make it back and it won't be raining so much and the White will be running much higher for the guys fishing! Take care & thanks again."
