  Overall a nice place. Full bath shower/tub needs a thorough cleaning from top to bottom and underneath soap dish to remove black mold. Previous renters underwear needs to be removed from masther bedroom in closet area.

  This place was not clean upon check in. The host did send someone over to clean the kitchen countertop and clean water spilled from the dehumidifier that had not been emptied. The duct work was filthy evidence by pictures attached. The filth of the duct work was evident by the dirty vents and ceilings. We stayed because we had prepaid.We would not recommend this place to anyone.

  From the owner: We are sorry that you were not satisfied with our home. The property was thoroughly cleaned before your arrival. We take great pride in our home, and the cleaners have a list of things that are performed between each booking.
  
  Cleaning the air ducts is not one of those things, but it is part of a deep clean, which is done periodically. The deep clean also includes cleaning the vents and ceilings. When you knocked over the dehumidifier, we responded promptly and came by and got that all cleaned up.
  
  We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!

  A lovely place to stay. Well decorated and the candy bowl was a big hit! A few suggestions:1. The frying pans need lids2. The cookware is very outdated. The Teflon is scratched and chipped away, which has been shown to be extremely unhealthy. 3. The fourth step down the stairs has a piece of trim that comes off. Not safe. 4. The blinds in the kitchen are really dirty. I did not open them because I didn’t want to deal with that. 5. Suggest having other spices besides just salt and pepper. 6. The games are not complete as a lot of the pieces are missing and are unable to be played. 7. Cobwebs on the ceiling in the bedroom past the laundry. I wish we could have used the dock and lake, however the weather did not cooperate. Thank you!

  Lake view and water access was great. Plenty of room inside with lots of good activities. Easy access to property. Kitchen and living room upstairs with 2 bedrooms downstairs. This would be a nice area for a family to stay for a weekend get away with tennis courts just down the street and lake/pool access.
