Wonderful Stay!
5/5 We stayed here during a long weekend trip for my daughter’s softball tournament. The location was great, 15-20 minutes for the fields and downtown. It was so quiet and peaceful on the property. The house was very clean and beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed kayaking and roasting marshmallows on the fire.

Wonderful Stay!

Quiet getaway
5/5 This place was really cozy, and it greatly utilized what seemed to be limited space. Plenty of room for privacy in this cottage, with two full bathrooms, two full size bedrooms, a cozy nook for kids. The layout can be a little confusing at first, but is quickly adapted. The outdoor space is great! Nice dock location with access to on property kayaks, which was a great experience, and a hot tub in a screened in porch. We were greeted with a great welcoming present too! Our only regrets were that we didn't attempt an outside fire since the area was under a burn ban, and the whirlpool bath in the master bathroom would not get hot enough to use. The area is super quiet at any given time of day, and a perfect location to Hot Springs National Park, Mid America Museum, and Ouachita State Park.

Excellent vacation getaway
5/5 Perfect rental for a vacation getaway. Exactly as described, close to lakes Ouchata, Hamilton and Degray. Wish we could have stayed longer.
