5/5 Loved it here!!! Had a little weekend getaway and could not have asked for a better stay. Had everything provided and host was very responsive. They provided clear instructions from before and throughout the vacation. They gave us great recommendations and made sure that our trip would have 0 issues. The condo is extremely cozy and had plenty, plus extra essentials. The location is prime and it is right on the lake, close to Fisherman's Wharf and a little grocery store. It is perfect for a family trip as well as they have games and pool gear for the fam! I would absolutely recommend to stay here and will be going back!
Family Vacation
4/5 Location and pool was great . The listing very much needs to be updated . We expected Kayaks and paddleboats which are advertised as furnished with your stay . This influenced part of our decision to book because of the kids , Also advertises and shows a 9 hole Putt Putt , which has not been maintained in years m bot even usable . Had we realized this before our time to cancel , we would not have stayed . we actually booked the unit below us as well , they provided 2 kayaks but again the Putt Putt advertisment needs to go

An Excellent Place to Stay in Hot Springs!
5/5 I am very pleased to give a 5 Star Review for this property. The convenience of location to the cleanliness of the resort (Emerald Isle) and our wonderful condo made our trip very enjoyable. We felt like we were at home! In addition, the communication with Kim was top-notch. How wonderful to be cared for before we arrived, during our stay and check out day....she was extraordinary in customer service. Thank you and we hope to stay again in the near future!

3/5 The property gate was never locked. The pool gate was never locked. Maste bath shower hot water handle did not work.

- Property Gate: The gate usually requires a code and is secure. If it was open, it might have been due to a recent storm. This is not a common issue.
- Pool Gate: The pool gate is part of the community amenities and out of our direct control. It remains unlocked during business hours for guest convenience and is always enclosed by a secure fence.
- Master Bath Shower: The loose shower handle was fixed by a repairman the second day after you reported it.
