Beautiful home
5/5 The stay was awesome. The house and views were incredible. The outdoor areas were nice as well. The description says the driveway is steep but it was really steep! If you don’t have a four wheel drive you will have to walk up and down the driveway every time like we did. The other issue was this home is operated through Seville. There is no owner to ask questions. I sent multiple text but never received any indication they were received. We received our booking confirmation but not the email with the details with the house entry code. I thought maybe the owner was not sending it until close to checkin. Finally, when we were almost there, i called the company. I received a recording saying I didn’t have a reservation. I called again and finally got to speak with a human and was provided the information. I finally got an email response to my recorded message at 8 pm that evening.

- We're glad to hear you enjoyed our beautiful home and had an awesome stay!
- As stated in the pre-stay information, the driveway is very steep with sharp turns; guests should proceed with caution. While we do advise guests to proceed with care in our pre-stay information, we want to emphasize that a 4-wheel drive is not necessary. If it were, we would include this detail in the listing so our guests are aware.
- Our property is surrounded by many trees, and despite our efforts to keep the leaves blown off, they may accumulate on the asphalt, especially when guests stay more than two days. The leaves may impact traction.
- Regarding your communication with Seville Properties, we'd like to clarify that we are not affiliated with them. There may have been some confusion, as we didn't receive any calls or messages from you. Upon confirming your stay with us on February 27th, we promptly sent you the pre-stay information with all the necessary check-in details.
