Heads up about the pool
5/5 Beautiful home/spacious. Pictures are deceiving- the large green yard is now a pool. It's right out the backdoor of this home but guests of 2 other homes are allowed to use it also. This feels quite intrusive to my privacy. The design of the pool isn't really accommodating for 3 full capacity houses. (38 people) I booked 6 months out and had no idea a pool was being installed. I wouldn't have stayed here if I had known the pool was shared yet right out my backdoor with living room windows and all bedroom windows facing it.

Perfect in every way!
5/5 What a beautiful home in a great location! This house is as pictured and described, only better! Easy to book online. When we arrived there was a plate of homemade cookies for us and a nice note with some instructions. Everything in the house is beautifully updated, furnished and provided. Our favorite space was the outdoor patio on the back overlooking the lake. Lounging out there while listening to the in-home music system was so relaxing and peaceful, especially at sunset. The kitchen is huge and fantastic with most any appliance and tool you need. After cooking, we lounged on the huge sectional sofa in front of the huge television and were so comfortable. The master bedroom and bathroom were beautiful and welcoming each night. The mattress is foam but really comfortable and is blanketed with brand new, soft, bedding and pillows. Every detail has been thought out including soft, plush bath towels and even a real bar of Dove soap in the shower. There is plenty of toilet paper, tissues, paper towels, soap, etc. for the house--it was nice not to worry about bringing that. As far as location, this house is perfectly situated on the lake, on a quiet dead end, and in an area with plenty of restaurants and groceries. Not only is there everything you need close by on Central Ave., but also getting to Bathhouse Row or Hot Springs National Park or Garvan Gardens is an easy and short ride. This house is perfect in every way! Thank you to the owner(s) and management company. Great job!
