  • We we pleasantly surprised at how nice the property is.We we pleasantly surprised at how nice the property is.

Beds were very comfortable and bedding was just right. Kitchen was well equipped but I would suggest changing out the cook top as it is from the 70s. The ghost was a bonus, but figured him out. LOL The view, of the golf course was excellent. Plenty of room to gather and the screened in porch was wonderful for morning coffee. The driveway was a tad steep but doable. All in all EXCELLENT PROPERTY.

Great home for a group of golfers to stay and play. Lots of room to gather, play cards, and just hang out. Will definitely stay here again.

  • Wonderful stay

What a wonderful stay! Plenty of room for the family to spread out and do their own thing if they want to. We loved the screened in patio and real fire place. The scenery is beautiful. Loved that we could also bring our dog along with us.

  • Beautiful view

We had a very good time and it was a lovely place . The only drawbacks was the dog poop in the Arkansas room ,the open shower, and the very steep driveway.Saying this, I would not hesitate to stay here again.

I was impressed with this house as soon as we walked through the front door. Although the pictures online got my attention, they do not do this home justice. It was PLENTY BIG for our group of 6 adults and our fur babies. It's kind of like two houses in one. The downstairs area has it's own back porch (with outdoor furniture, windchimes and a swing) and a beautiful view of the golf course, along with two spacious bedrooms (each with a king size bed), ample closet space (complete with hangers and a luggage stand), and a full bathroom with tub/shower combo, and last but not least, its own living room area and mini-kitchen. The main level was equally impressive with a large family room, wood-burning fireplace, screened in porch with plenty of seating and a table for eating if you wanted to enjoy the view of the golf course AND LOTS OF DEER while drinking your coffee and enjoying breakfast. Both bedrooms on the main level were very spacious, especially the main bedroom with its LARGE bathroom, wonderful walk-in shower and HUGE closet. This house was so well-appointed! We've rented MANY properties through VRBO and none were as well-stocked with the every day basics like this one. The 'wall of windows' in the kitchen was so nice with the natural sunlight each morning. Hot Springs Village itself is so nice. The driveway to the house is very steep (we were told about this ahead of time) but the exercise walking up and down it to walk the dogs was great! The street and surrounding areas provided great scenery for walking the dogs as well. We had two SUVs--both fit nicely inside the garage, which came in very handy as it was raining the night the second half of our party arrived. We were able to unload the car without getting soaked!Ample sized laundry room and a half bath off the kitchen--this house has it all! I can't say enough good things about this home--the owners/property managers have truly thought of just about everything one would need while staying here. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS RENTAL PROPERTY!
