5/5 Everything about this stay was better than expected!The owner/manager was accessible, attentive and agreeable. The property itself was move-in ready and well stocked. The location makes it easy to get to any part of Hot Springs quickly and easily.Evenan unexpected overnight stay in the hospital was easier because of the location and especially the manager.A great visit in spite of Covid!

Great little cottage.
5/5 This little cottage was perfect for me and my wife a quick getaway before our baby gets here. Just a few miles from downtown area. Will book again next time we are in the area!

Location was perfect
4/5 Overall, the location was great.Pros:The location was perfect. We were able to walk to the track.The place was clean and just enough room for 2. Bed was super comfy. Place was clean. I really liked the keys entry. Cons:We didn't use the kitchen much but there was no paper towels. Also, the coach was less than desired.
