Christmas trip
5/5 We had a 3 generation trip planned for post Christmas and this house was our first stop for 3 nights. It was home base for visiting Hot springs national park and then going to Little Rock to visit presidential library and Central high school. We enjoyed the kayaks and hot tub. It was a great house for us!

Great location for Oaklawn
4/5 The property was as pictures show-- though arrangement is a bit odd. We came in December so did not use the lake. We enjoyed the hot tub! Property shows some age and there is a very loud sound when you use the water at times-- but it served our purpose for a winter get-away and to spend time at the Races!

Plenty of space!
4/5 Lots of space for the family. We enjoyed the hot tub, kayaks and dock. Got our workout in each day, with the nearly 100 steps down to the lake! House is just ok- kind of aging, so there were many little things that could use maintenance or updating. Manager was very responsive and helpful in resolving issds
