5/5 This was a family reunion for us and was perfect. The house was located close to all attractions, and the swimming in the river was excellent. The house accommodated all of our needs and gave us plenty of space for individual time.

5/5 What a great place to stay. Perfect for our family reunion. Close to all attractions in Hot Springs. The house was very accommodating for our needs and we all had enough space for individual privacy if wanted. The cleanliness of the house when we showed up was amazing. Very well done Evolve.

Huge lakehouse with awesome view
4/5 We had a great stay. We were on a working trip and the house provided the space needed for our group. It is little bit of an odd layout, but we really enjoyed the house. There are a few repairs that are needed, but overall, I would stay there again. It was very clean and host were able to help with us internet service in a moments notice.
Nice Stay
4/5 The property was great! There were a few minor things that should have been divulged to us before the stay. One, they had been doing some renovations to bring a few windows up to code. So there was a window that was not covered and one that the trim was not put back on but did have a sheet over it. Two, there was extra material left in the garage which included some glass and 2x4's. Three, the code to access entry had been changed and thankfully someone showed up to let us know it had changed. Four, we had a little trouble with the wifi, but it was resolved quickly. So for the price we paid, I expected pretty much a perfect house which was not the case. Overall it was a good trip and we would definitely stay again as long as the house was completely finished. I do recommend this property.
