  Negative stars!!!!!This place is a complete disgrace to the Marriott Brand (rented through Marriott Homes and Villas for context) For starters the pictures clearly have filters!!! If you can get past the dilapidated exterior and venture in through one of the many entrance (2 of which were not even locked) you will find a nice musty odor awaiting you. The place is beyond bizarre to include the master bedroom equipped with a rod iron door. The queen bed is decorated with mouse droppings to boot!! And if that wasn’t enough to intrigue you, the junk sitting out in the trash filled gravel lot (which we picked up a nice piece of metal in our tire during our short stent there) is a lovely touch to the view of the other broken and caving in homes on the property. We requested a refund for the $640 we spent as we left the property shortly after arriving and were compensated a whopping $130!!!! Such gracious hosts. Evolve. Marriott. Very disappointed in both of you. I hope you take the time to evaluate this property before your next victim.

  We loved the bath house and the location. WiFi was terrible but we dealt with it.

• Heading downhill

  My wife and I stayed here on a quick getaway 3 years ago. We had a wonderful experience and were hoping for the same this time. It was a little disappointing. The house has deteriorated over the last 3 years and is musty in places. The a/c units are loud and need updating. The internet did not work for our stay and the TVs had to be run off of our hotspot which is super inconvenient. The location is great but the house needs to have some TLC. A couch in the living room with the larger tv would be nice. There isn’t a good place to sit together. Thank for the stay. Hope some of these items are addressed.

• Bad facility but Evolve was amazing to work with!

  We arrived at the facility and began looking at the facility we rented! We immediately saw dust and spider webs but thought we could overlook it for 2 nights. We turn on the AC unit smells mildew and mold. Still thought we could over look this. The final star was when we filled the jacuzzi tub up and turned the jets on to see nothing but mold. Got in touch with the owner and his stories changed and didn’t match about if he was the owner or just the housekeeper, told us he never cleaned the pipes for the jacuzzi then asked us if we wanted him to revel an the tub pipes. I highly recommend you find somewhere else to stay. However, Evolve was an amazing company to work with! I will definitely book with them again 10/10 once we called with the complaint they immediately hopped on it to make it right.

  This house had so much character! And was close to town.

  We were in town for a girls trip, and had so much fun! Beds were comfortable house had everything we need (except trash bags no biggie) the living room could use a couch so everyone could hang out but we just piled up in the beds or the dining table!!! The jacuzzi tub room was so ZEN… lots of closet space which was a plus. We would book again for sure!!! 💙
