Great fun for the dog and us!
5/5 Very clean home, clean yard, and great location. Very close to town to go to restaurants as well as on the lake with access to launch kayaks. Also very close to lake Ouachita to launch kayaks. Great Lake for cruising the neighborhood, it was hard to get away from houses, However lake Ouachita is ALL NATURE kayaking. Our dog Bo loved running around the yard, and there were balls n toys for him. The neighbor dogs kept him company. Every house surrounding had dogs, so it was ULTRA dog friendly neighborhood. Foggy bag dispenser on back covered porch, made doggy clean up easier.
It was a nice touch having a big screen tv in the pool table room with a nice bar set up and seating. Horseshoe game outside was fun. Cards to play poker were fun. We were always entertained, we barely sat and watched tv, even when it rained out, having a few beers and playing pool was a plus.
Lots of inflatable kayaks in the yard (not sure if we were allowed to use, but didn’t because we bought our own kayaks).
Lots of good seasonings and dishware (pots, pans, baking sheets etc.) even foil, in kitchen for cooking.
They have a drip coffee maker and a keurig but no pods, so if bringing coffee pods, I’d make sure they are compatible with their machine. I brought my whole nespresso machine and pods, so not an issue for me.
Loved our stay and will be back again. This place is great if you’ve got extra guests, kids, or dogs. Plenty of rooms, beds, and BATHROOMS lol.

Awesome Rental!
5/5 Our family included two adults and three children with more than enough room! The rental was very clean and spacious. The kids enjoyed the pool table and board games. They were also able to safely magnet fish off of the dock. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. I felt safe our entire stay there. This is an all around very relaxing atmosphere. This rental included up to date refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, washer and dryer. Communication with the property owner was super great! I definitely recommend!
