Nice Stay
4/5 We had a nice time in hot springs. The Condo was home and comfortable. There were a few cleanliness issues but nothing major. Overall very nice. We would book again.

Lake Condo
4/5 Property was perfect for our trip. The King size beds were great, and having the 2 bathrooms were a necessity. The only thing that would make it better is to have a reference map of the property attached with the address. Going in at night was tough finding the place. we had to do some searching before locating the property. Other than that, it all went well.

First time in Arkansas! Wonderful experience!
5/5 We wanted a quick trip/getaway and this place was perfect for me and my family of four. My husband and I have two children, ages 6 and 9, and this place was plenty of room for all of us. It had basic kitchen dishes plenty of linens/towels. A washer/dryer is a must for us when we travel, so that was really nice as well. The bedrooms were big and spacious, both with king-size beds. The place was really nice and was clean. The property was well kept and manicured. It is tucked away and very quiet and serene. My children enjoyed the pool every evening. I also like that it is a gated property. We stayed in September 2020 and the place was not crowded at all! There was plenty for us to do while we were in Hot Springs. My whole family agrees this was one of our most favorite trips we've done. (We are mostly beach goers.) We definitely want to come back and visit!
