Condo at The Landing on Lake Hamilton, Arkansas
5/5 Loved it. Beautiful condo. Great amenities. Beautiful view if the lake. It was quiet and peaceful. Just what we needed.

4/5 Nice view, but building had loose/missing boards, and I gathered 8 roofing nails and a large screw from THREE parking spaces. There was obviously a renovation going on, but nails in the parking area is an unacceptable situation! We added our list of issues to the list already there from a previous occupant that the property manager was unaware of, and property manager asked me to send her our list of repairs/issues instead of going to inspect the property herself....and it's always great to pay an outlandish cleaning fee and then be expected to clean before you leave.

Unforgettable View!
5/5 I must say that we really enjoyed our stay here. The view of Lake Hamilton from the balcony as the sun rises & sets was perfect! Our host Sheila, was just a text message away & helped out with any issues asap. Definitely have to plan another trip to this location in the near future. 👍👍👍
