  The pictures were misleading the only thing that looked the same as in the pictures was the kitchen table it was unsafe I reported that it was unsafe for me and was told too bad so sad I stayed in this unit one night and told them that I was checking out and my issues and reasons for doing so and they told me it doesn't matter I still have to pay for the full month's rental do not rent from these people

  - Our property is accurately represented in the listing photos, including details like the stairs. We strive to maintain transparency to ensure guests have a clear understanding of what to expect.
  - You voluntarily chose to leave the property after the first night. Given that the property met the expectations outlined in the listing, a refund was not warranted. We did offer one of our other units, which you declined.
  - We are always open to feedback and committed to providing a comfortable and safe experience for our guests.

  Was close to the Diamante Golf Club where we had a business function for the weekend. Easy process upon arrival to access downstairs unit. Arrived on a Wednesday and exterior lights did not work at dark along side of house had to use flashlight. Friday upstairs unit guest arrived from that point one exterior light worked made it easier. Washing machine was real noisy and vibrated bad when running. Upstairs guest had 3am visitors arrived with banging on the front door waking up us downstairs. Maybe swap chairs for a more comfortable viewing of television. Kitchen well equip for cooking. We would consider a stay here again in the future.
