So-so property
3/5 My 3 friends and I felt the property was clean. We were familiar with condos in this neighborhood as we had stayed in one before.
The condo was not cool when we arrived about 4:30 pm. The master bedroom was very warm and took all night to cool down. We bought an additional fan for bedroom. The condo was not cool at any time during our stay. Also it is not the red couch that is noted in the picture. As for amenities there was a VERY small coffee pot with only 2 coffee mugs in condo. We bought styrofoam cups and a Keurig coffeemaker so that we could have coffee!!
I would suggest that the Host make a folder with necessary instructions and/or information about emergency numbers, good restaurants , even menus and any other helpful information.

Overall good experience
4/5 Condo was nice. Accurately described. Did have a few minor issues. One patio sliding door off the kitchen did not lock. Some construction was happening during our stay and the noise was not pleasant. Also the hot tub by the pool would not heat. Would stay again if these issues were fixed.

5/5 We( all 6 of us) went to Hot Springs Arkansas to visit my father. The condo was clean, had everything we needed, and right where we wanted to be. In a gated community with coded entry for each room. No cards to lose. 😃 Would definitely book with them again.
