  This home, felt like 'home'. Clean; comfortable and the decor was beautiful and peaceful. About anything you could want for a cozy, quiet retreat. The hot tub was a bonus. The Harry Potter room a was whimsical added treat for those of us that enjoy its uniqueness.

  The only issue we had was the upstair shower didn’t drain like it should.

  I would gladly stay here again.

  The house was great very clean and relaxing but the only thing we are upset about is the selling point for us was the hottub and we were not able to use it due to it not working

  "Hi Stephen, we’re glad you found the house clean and relaxing, but we’re sorry to hear that the hot tub wasn’t functioning properly during your stay. The issue with the hot tub was due to a tripped GFCI breaker in the electrical panel behind the hot tub on the deck. This safety feature can occasionally trip and needs to be reset, which unfortunately affected your experience. To prevent this from happening again, the property manager has been instructed on how to reset the breaker promptly should it occur in the future. Thank you for taking the time to leave your review! • Labor Day Week Vacation

  Great place. Convenient location to Eureka Springs, Branson, Rogers and Roaring River State Park. We didn't use the hot tub, but it was clean and steamy. One blind didn't work in the master bedroom, but the curtains were plenty good. The pictures showed a Keurig coffeemaker so we brought our K-cups to find out the coffeemaker was different and only brewed coffee. But there was coffee available to brew. This is the third place we have stayed in Holiday Island and this was the best to date. We will stay here again.
