My family went here for a long weekend to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The place was relaxing! We fed the deer with complimentary deer corn and my two year old loved it! We took a less than 2 minute ride to Holiday Island Marina and my daughter caught her first fish. We hung out at Eureka Springs close by and went back to relax. Everything was close and it needed to be for her nap time! Whether sipping coffee on the balcony in the morning, being close to some great things to do, or playing one of many board games downstairs, this place is one that my family will continue to come back to. It was a memory maker trip!

If you have stayed in home rentals previously, the first thing you will notice about this condo property is that it is truly a family's 2nd home they rent, which means all the amenities within are fully stocked. (e.g. kitchen cookware/utensils, bathroom, linens, fun items (DVDs, board games, etc) You will feel the comfort of home here immediately vs the minimalist feel in so many rental spaces.
A couple hightlights:
1. Location: one minute from the shoreline of the White River that feeds Table Rock Lake and within 20 minutes of Eureka Springs and many attractions.
2. Welcome Snacks not just for the humans, but for the deer that are expecting you each evening to share. Bring a few carrots and strawberries for the deer also.
3. Organized: we used every possible bed in this home and the master closet was fully orgainzed with the extra linens and pillows as needed. Wait till you see the snack basket, DVD/book cabinet and coffee bar setup.
4. Kitchen: in case you didn't catch it originally, to have a fully stocked kitchen was a blessing for us to share meals at home.
5. Washer/Dryer: available in home for the guests.
6. Two tier balcony to get outside and enjoy the weather with the beverage of your choice.
7. Quiet neighbors: I am not saying we were quiet as a family :) but I am saying that this home only has neighbors on one side and we never heard them at all. That type of privacy is appreciated.
