• Nice house, steep driveway

  Clean, spacious home. Secluded yet safe area. Good communication by owner. However, driveway not ideal for seasoned motorcyclists. (Steep, uphill with gravel). Beds, other than the master, were not the most comfortable. We ended up sleeping on the air mattress on top of one of the beds.

  Suggestions: Please include instructions on how to use the Smart thermostat and refrigerator/ice maker…we had issues with getting the AC to work initially and struggled with the ice maker making ice. Phone call to Heather resolved our AC issue and we bought bags of ice because it couldn’t keep up with 6 adults filling large water bottles a couple of times a day. Also, include paper towels so we don’t have to use kitchen wash clothes to cleanup the kitchen.

  Our stay was such a blessing. It was the day before we were to leave Florida for our annual trip to Arkansas and the motel called and cancelled our reservations. They had new owners who now occupied the suites but stated that they were flooded. I had a minor meltdown then started looking for a new place to stay within my budget. This was the first one that popped up. I was hesitant as I had never heard of Evolve before but did a little research and decided to give it a try. I was still a little hesitant until we drove up the driveway and the door code worked. We live in such a world of scammers that you never know what is real and what is a scam.

  But that was the beginning of a wonderful week. Now, instead of a 2-room suite for the 4 adults and 2 boxers, we had a 3-bedroom, 3-bath absolutely beautiful home to stay in with a yard the boxers could go out and play in. I contacted our hostess a couple of times and she was the most fantastic hostess ever. I cannot say enough good about her. She was gracious. She welcomed my 2 babies where most places that accept pets tolerate them. Our stay was perfect.

  We have already made our reservations for next year and will stay every year as long as our wonderful hostess will have us.

  We enjoyed every second of staying at this gorgeous home. It was immaculately clean as of no one had ever stepped foot inside before. Check in and out was easy and the owner was very gracious.

  Loved the home. Very comfortable. The location is great. Close to Branson but not too close. Very friendly host.
