5/5 This place is REMOTE. The cabin has cast iron cookware, old beds, and radiators / window units for heat/air. The drive in is through cow pastures and homes that look like place crashes. That’s rural Arkansas across the board. Squirrels run through the crawl spaces each morning and mouse pills grace the cupboards. But it’s peaceful and quiet. If you’re looking for a place that is family friendly and away from the world, this is it. I did email the property manager about an issue with the TV and never got a response. No big deal. We weren’t visiting to sit in front of a television.

Squirrels are occasionally heard on the roof due to the wooded setting, and the mice you mentioned must have entered between guests. We took action right away to resolve the issue.
