Spacious
3/5 This property is located right on the White River, so it’s perfect for fisherman and outdoorsman. The listing should be amended to say not handicap accessible. The bedrooms listed as “ground floor” are only accessible if you go around the house and down a hill or down a spiral staircase. The two bedrooms on the third floor are accessible via staircase. The overall cleanliness was lacking as there was dust and cobwebs everywhere. There are several pieces of furniture and appliances that should be replaced as they are outdated or broken.
Also, the home used to house a cat as there is a cat door leading to the garage as well as litter box in the garage. This may be a concern if you have allergies as I do.
We liked that there was enough space to enjoy each other’s company without tripping over one another.
Based on accessibility, cleanliness and allergy issues we would not book here again….but this property is ideal for fishermen wanting easy access to the River.

White River Stay
3/5 Listing should be amended to state not handicap accessible. The ground floor bedroom is actually down a spiral staircase and definitely not handicap accessible. The door for this room does lead to the outside, but to get to it from where you park you have to go around the house and down a hill again not handicap accessible .
It is roomy with four bedrooms and right on the white river with a boat ramp access. Perfect for fishermen and/or boaters

Family fishing
5/5 Home was a great set up for our families! The main living area was very spacious and the view from the decks was fabulous. Could have used a few more chairs for dining otherwise it was wonderful. Kids could run and play, took a few hikes and found a small cave. We were close to some great fishing spots on the White River!
