  This is a beautiful property that is located close to campus that’s newly remodeled with state of the art appliances in the kitchen, updated bathrooms and an awesome open concept to eat and visit with your family and friends . I want to give 10 stars to the home owner with his willingness to accommodate our family with a late night (10:30pm) plumbing issue that affected the showers and toilets. We had graduation early the next morning with 5 adults needing to get ready. He called me personally within minutes of me contacting the management company, he contacted plumbers and hotels for availability with every possible way to accommodate us. The plumbing issue was fixed the next morning and we had an amazing weekend! He gets a 10 in my book for customer service!

  Great house! Perfect location for a game. Comfy for a family of five and had everything we needed. A bonus: the kids loved the stocked freezer of popsicles!

  Working in the area, was way better than a hotel. Great layout with all the amenities you needed. The location was excellent. Easy to access home.

  Comfortable furniture and open plan for easy gathering. Walkable (bit along busy road then up a steep steep hill, or via slightly longer route with 2 lane busy street) on sidewalks to Razorback stadium. Comfy beds with soft linens. Big backyard with a red-shouldered hawk stopping by for her breakfast each morning. Great kitchen with nice appliances. Next to a busy street but host provides white-noise machines in each room. Host was very responsive.
