Fantastic Stay at 129 S University Ave!
5/5 We had an amazing time at this property! The house was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The keyless entry made check-in super easy, and parking was convenient with spots right in front and additional parking behind the house.
The location is perfect, with a grocery store nearby and easy access to XNA airport. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was a big plus.
Our host, Ben, was very responsive and helpful. Overall, it was a great experience, and we highly recommend staying here!
Great stay, convenient to Dickson and surrounding amenities!
5/5 The house was perfect for our short weekend stay! Conveniently located and on a very quiet street. Close to all amenities and a short walk to Dickson street entertainment. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic rental at University of Arkansa
5/5 We visited this past weekend for a swim meet at the University of Arkansas. This house is fantastic! Super close to campus, downtown restaurants and eateries. There is a Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market at the bottom of the hill. The house itself was clean and well stocked. The Kitchen and bathrooms had all the amenities and the beds were super comfy. Parking was plentiful. Initially, I thought I'd have to park on the street but there is a lot behind the house that is super easy to access. All in all this was a great place to stay.
