Fayetteville, AR Weekend
1/5 Property smells musty. Pictures DO NOT represent property’s true condition. Between subpar property and rundown neighborhood, not a property worthy of spending money on. Better value to burn $$$$ in the street, at least you could roast a marshmallow with the flames.

We wish you had reached out to let us know that you were unhappy with the home and given us a chance to rectify any issues that you found. You were only in the home for one hour we wonder how you could have determined to leave so quickly.
Our home is in a very safe neighborhood with neighbors who are kind and care about their environment keeping it clean and well-kept. We have not had any other guests who have mentioned feeling unsafe or who have said anything about an odor in the home as there is none.
How very un-American of you to think of burning money, we are disappointed in your review and want all potential guests to read our 5-star reviews so they will see what the property is really like.
We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests. We will continue to deliver the 5-star experiences we are known for."Great location for a Razorback event

Perfect location for Razorback events
5/5 There were six of us staying for football weekend and had plenty of room and we were close to everything we needed. Plenty of restaurant options and shopping nearby

Disappointed in Service
3/5 We arrived with broken glass on the floor in the living room, trash not removed from the premises and the air conditioning was not working. After a 14 hour drive through Texas heat to get there at 8 p.m., we ended up having to get a refund and move to a hotel for the rest of the weekend.
