This property was close to everything we wanted to do while in Fayetteville. Property was clean and communication, checkin and checkout was a piece of cake.
Great condo with comfortable sleeping arrangements. Centrally located near the University and Dickson St. Easy walk to Dickson St and to the football stadium. We loved the condo and enjoyed our stay!
Excellent location. Has private parking, which is really important in Fayetteville. As a very new listing, it does not have the “cooking leftovers from previous guests that one often finds (spices, oil, etc.) but that is not a big deal. Short, traffic free dive to a grocery store about three blocks away.
