3/5 Communication with I’m guessing was the owners was great. They tried to accommodate the best they could. Communication with the host (evolve) was horrible! The air unit froze up and was 80 degrees in the house it’s been 36 hours since trying to get ahold of the host with no response. Finally found the owners number and they tried to accommodate. 1 air unit to cool the entire house was just not enough and had to end up making pallets on the floor and sleeping on couches to just be able to sleep half way decent.

We’re sorry the air conditioning issue disrupted your stay, especially during the warmer weather. We didn’t hear from you until Saturday evening, but as soon as we were notified, we brought over a window unit to help cool the home. We understand that the delay in reaching us may have been frustrating, and we encourage all guests to review the welcome book upon arrival, as it includes our direct contact information in case of emergencies like this.
The AC unit had recently been serviced, but unfortunately, a blower relay failed during your stay. It has since been repaired. While the temperature in the home did improve overnight, we recognize this wasn’t the experience you were expecting and appreciate you sharing your feedback."Great
