  Our group has stayed with you 2 times. Perfect if it just had cable package plus streaming. Hope we are following the rules as necessary.

• Site not ready for arrival

  We arrived shortly after the check in time and found that the site was not cleaned. The cleaning people stated that they were not informed that the previous renters had checked out. They were stripping the beds and other cleaning tasks when we arrived. They were able to swap bedding with another property but the inconvenience and timing just threw us off for our short stay.

  We want all of our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we're sorry that you experienced some issues during your trip.
  - We are so very sorry for what happened, when you contacted us about the issues we had the cleaning crew there within 15 minutes. They worked as quickly as possible so that they were not obtrusive and tried to keep their inconvenience at a minimum. We have checked with Evolve to see why the notice was not received and see if there is something we can do to ensure this doesn't happen in the future. We initiated a double-check system at that time where I would forward the emails Evolve is sending me to her in addition to sending her a text. Again, we are sorry for the inconvenience.
  We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests. We will continue to deliver the 5-star experiences we are known for."

• Great Value

  My brothers and I come to this area at least once per year to ride our motorcycles in the Ozark Mountains and other great motorcycling roads in the area. This was our first stay at this property, and it has become one of my favorites. The home is accurately depicted in the photos and easy to find. The home was clean and tidy upon our arrival, and the space suited us well. We didn't do any cooking, but the appliances are all newer models, and the pots, pans, utensils, and table service seemed more than enough for a good sized group. Beds were comfortable, there was plenty of extra bedding available, and I greatly appreciated that shampoo, conditioner and body wash were provided in each full bath. As motorcyclists, we also appreciated the spacious driveway and the availability of some covered space in case it rained (fortunately, it didn't). It's a short distance to the grocery store and our favorite BBQ stop (KT's in Gassville). All of this, and it has one of the best rental prices in the area - a very good value in my opinion. We will definitely stay here again on future rides!
