House was great
5/5 The rental was very nice and clean. It was a good size for our needs. I like how it had a king size bed, queen size bed, and two twin size beds so that several people can stay in the same rental. They even had fans in the closets to pull out and use if we got hot! The only thing I would have wished was different were the beds. They appear to be newer but are really extra firm. They were very hard in my opinion. The contact host was super nice!!! Always answered the phone when I called.

5/5 This property was amazing. It was very clean and even smelled great. Very comfortable and well put together. The location is great and accessible to anywhere you need to get. The host was very responsive. No issues with check in or out.

Excellent impromptu trip
5/5 First, me and my family knew nothing about Arkansas except the little rock 9. This place was amazing. We came to explore Arkansas for our kids Spring Break and it didn't disappoint. Our host, Ken and his property was amazing. My wife was impressed and so were my children. Quiet neighbors, friendly people, and lovely overall. Ken actually helped me use a propane grill for the first time. Not only did he answer his phone timely, but walked me through the whole process. Thank Ken for your amazing hospitality. Would give this property 10/10.
