• Don’t waste your money.

  House was full of critters. The lizard that ran over my mothers foot scared her so badly that they packed up the next day and went home. I rented the house for my parents and myself because I had some business to do in Cabot. The ice maker didn’t work. I contacted the owner and they said to contact Evolved and they said to contact the owner! I have videos and pictures below. They always say if there is an issue or a problem to contact the owner immediately and that’s what I did. I would say the best thing about this house is that the air conditioner works great!

  We want our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we apologize you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
  - Our home is in a rural area, so occasional critters can appear despite regular professional treatments. We haven’t seen lizards ourselves, but we will look into it and take any steps needed to prevent it.
  - We weren’t aware the ice maker wasn’t working during your stay—it's been operating off and on, and we're in the process of replacing the refrigerator with a new model that has a built-in ice maker at the end of this month.
  - Had we known it was an issue, we would have gladly provided bagged ice. We’re sorry for any confusion around communication.

  Stay was great! We stopped in on our way to the East Coast for a household move and it was just what we needed. Description matched what we got - the bathroom setup was a little unexpected but not a deal breaker. It is two full bathrooms but both are within the bedroom. When traveling with teenagers it was a little interesting. No complaints, however.

• Comfy and Quiet cabin

  We had a wonderful stay at the cabin. We had exactly what we needed. The neighborhood is very quiet. The fence for our dogs was perfect since one likes to wander off. The car port was nice since it rained. Love the porch for sitting and relaxing.
