Beautiful and comfortable!
4/5 Overall we were very happy with our stay and with the property. It's really well-designed, and feels very high-end. Our contact with the property responded immediately when we had a question, and the location was terrific - we were in town to go to Crystal Bridges and it was a 3 minute drive at most. Would have been walkable in a non-winter month.

2/5 No introduction to the place anywhere Owner did not answer the phone or make an introduction All the rules are for renters I would be interested in the rules for rentors The entryway can't possibly be to code Ask for a picture and judge for yourself

Nice but had plumbing problems
4/5 New space, nicely appointed, but when the toilet failed to flush and the tub did not drain I knew we were in serious trouble. The owner went to the store and bought a plunger and left it at the door without an attempt to take care of this himself. I plunged and plunged. About 8pm a plumber did arrived worked about an hour and fixed the problem for the time being. The owner scored ZERO points in my book. I would not recommend this place.

Katherine, we're sorry to hear about the issue you experienced during your stay. We understand the homeowner went above and beyond to ensure you had a five-star experience and was in constant contact with you throughout your stay. They had a plumber on site addressing the issue within an hour of being notified. They bought a plunger at your request, dropped it off, and also allowed your group to use the bathroom in their personal apartment while the plumber was working. We can confirm the issue was resolved the same evening and won't recur for future guests. The plumber determined it was caused by grout that the contractor who built the apartment emptied down the drain. When the water hit the grout, it turned into concrete and blocked the pipes. The owner aims for every guest to be completely satisfied during their stay and we are confident future guests will have exceptional stays! Best, the Evolve Team
