  My family of four had a great, relaxing time here in the “Lake Shack”. The host was available, communicative and made certain that we had all that we needed. Everything from kitchen needs, bathroom needs and laundry needs were provided and any item or necessity was clearly thought out ahead of time therefore there wasn’t a lot of need to communicate. A fully stocked, livable lake home for our use was what we walked into on our first night. All questions via text were answered promptly. Very hospitable hosts with a nice, comfy home. We went during December to wind down a bit. The weather was cold while we went but the hot tub kept us warm. I really have zero complaints about this visit. We used the kayaks that are provided (and froze), had coffee on one of the decks overlooking the lake and again, did I mention the hot tub!! It was new, clean and well kept. A downstairs basement that served as a place to dry off after with a washer and dryer for us to use. Towels and robes were clean and set out for our use. I’d give this place and its host 6 stars if I could. With all that said, we went during the winter. I can only imagine how great this place would be during the summer. You could fish right off the dock! The home seemed to be new. HVAC worked very well. A nice fire pit in the side yard and wood already piled up for us to use. I can’t say enough good things. “Town” was about 20 minutes away but had a DG store even closer if we needed anything. We recommend this place.

  This is the most precious little lake house. My family had a great time here relaxing in the hot tub and sitting by the fire pit after a long day at the race track it was so nice to come back and enjoy this little piece of heaven on the lake. Also the beds are super comfy! We will definitely be back!

  This was one the nicest houses that I have ever stayed at. We rent from VRBO at least once a year sometimes twice a year. The kitchen had everything including every condiment you needed. I didn't have to run out to get anything. It was so clean. Enjoyed fishing with my great nephews with my husband and sitting on dock visiting with my niece who lives nearby. Even my little dog enjoyed tge amenities. Driveway was only scary at night coming home late from my great niece cheering at football game. Steep. Loved our stay. Wish we had more time didn't get to enjoy hot tub.
