Fall Break at the Lake
4/5 We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was lovely and well appointed and the view was unbeatable. The bathrooms were on the small side and one of the three bedrooms is in the basement, something we should have figured out from the pics but just didn’t notice. There was plenty of everything we needed, and the screened in porch made for additional space where we could all get together and enjoy the fresh air and quiet and the lake views. The only real complaint we had was how many bugs we had to kill. We stayed for five days and probably killed upwards of 20 spiders inside the house. This is in a very wooded area near a lake so I’m sure it’s to be expected, just something to think about when you book if you’ve got anyone in your party who has a fear.
