Great place to stay!
5/5 Very clean with awesome views of the ocean! Nice furnishings and a very well maintained condo. Big sxreen tvs in every room. Stocked with everything we needed plus many extras. Leslie was our local host and she was fantastic. She sent us to the best restaurants and boat charter services. She also surprised us a with breakfast basket on our first morning. My wife loved it all! We will be back next year!

Clean and Spacious
5/5 We had 6 adults and there was place of room for everyone. The condo was sparkling fresh and clean with nice mattresses. Snacks, coffee, tea, water, and many more goodies were provided by our host, Leslie. We have stayed at many of the Pheonix buildings, and this one is our favorite. We love sitting on the balcony watching the boats sail through the pass. The pool is very nice and was always clean. The beach was just a few steps away. Very nice and responsive host ... by far the best Airbnb host we've ever had. We asked Leslie about beach chairs and umbrellas, and within the hour she had delivered us 6 beach chairs/umbrella to use at no charge!! Excellent service and beautiful condo!
