Emerald Skye....perfect vacation spot!
5/5 Convenient location to restaurants and grocery stores...beach view and access was perfect...condo itself perfect for 3 to 4 folks comfortably...property manager Vince was great to work with!

No working elevator
3/5 This property did not have a working elevator and we weren't informed until 30 minutes before check-in. We are no spring chickens and climbing all those stairs can be exhausting

Hi Lee, thank you for your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We were not made aware that the elevator was out of service until we were notified by the management company that same day. A replacement part had to be ordered, and while awaiting the repair, we arranged for a valet to assist with transporting luggage up and down the stairs. This was the first time we’ve encountered this issue, and we’re glad to share that the elevator was fully operational again before the end of your stay.

Excellent
5/5 The condo provided beautiful views of the Gulf and beach. I spent most of my time on the balcony listening to the waves and soaking in the salt air. The condo was clean and quiet. It's an easy walk to the beach (just down the stairs/elevator and down the walk ramp). The owner was very attentive. VRBO sent me the wrong passcode for the door, but a call to the Owner quickly resolved that issue. The Owner was in touch with me before my trip to suggest places to eat/places to go. I highly recommend!
