• Cute house but needs some attention to make the stay better for renters

  Could be a 5star place but needs work. Fireplace gas key is behind big screen tv in living room so had to move. Would not work. Owner told me to YouTube how to prime the gas which we didn’t feel comfortable doing. TVs had no cable. Was told by owner previous renter messed it up and he didn’t have time to fix it so no football at the house! Other than master bedroom, beds are single matress on metal frames - very uncomfortable. We decided not to cook at the house bc pots and pans were so old and did not look clean. No sponge in the kitchen for dishes we did use. Overall the house was ok but needs upgrading to make it a preferable place to stay.

  House was ok. Needs improvements to be more comfortable. Fire place wouldn’t start. Contacted owner - told me to look it up on YouTube. Key for fireplace is behind big screen tv. Had to move tv to get to it. None of the tvs had working cable. Owner said previous renter messed them up and he didn’t have time to fix it. Master bed was good. Other beds are not comfortable. Just a single mattress on metal frame. Kitchen pots/pans very old and need replacing. Cabinets needed cleaning out. No dish sponge. Good potential to be a 5star rental
