  Light in shower didn’t work, light in master bedroom flickered, tub wasn’t clean, it had green mildew, oven doesn’t work, roaches in kitchen, knobs missing on cabinets

  - The guests who stayed before your visit were there for over a month and didn’t report any issues, but we’re always committed to inspecting between stays to ensure everything is in great condition.
  - We’re having the property manager stop by to check on the shower light, bedroom light, and cabinet hardware so they can be repaired if needed.
  - The oven is a newer appliance and has been working properly, but we’ll double-check that all functions are easy to use and guest-ready.
  - The home is professionally cleaned and disinfected after each stay, but we’re reviewing the tub and kitchen areas to make sure nothing was missed, and we’ll address any pest concerns right away as a precaution.

  We found this listing on VRBO and booked it instantly. It is minutes from the hustling and bustling part of Montgomery and close to my apartment. Safe neighborhood. Things I loved: House space, storage, Kitchen, LocationThings I didn't like were: Point of entry(Front door lock was not accessible, and we used the back door only). Annoying alarm notification due to use of backdoor and no toileterries and insufficient utensils.

The front door issue arose shortly before your arrival, and we wanted to avoid having maintenance personnel working on the property while you were there. The alarm activation was purely coincidental. The toiletries issue has been fully resolved, and the property is now well-stocked with more than enough utensils for our guests. We appreciate your understanding and hope these updates help make future stays more comfortable.

  Was utterly disappointed with condition of home. Carpets in absolute disrepair, guest bath as well, stagnant water in master bath, all light switches filthy, kitchen cabinets gross. House had a foul smell and we both had bad allergies in home due to carpet condition
