    House was beautiful! But we got there and the water bill had not been paid. We had already unpacked and put things away. Then as we started trying to get water, it wouldn't work. It was Friday evening and the water company would not come out and take off the lock because it wasn't an emergency. We had to go to a hotel and get 3 rooms. Not an ideal experience. Evolve gave us all our money back, but it was just an unpleasant experience. We had our elderly parents with us. Left a bad taste in my mouth for VRBO.

    Tiffany, it is the homeowner's mission to provide a 5-star experience for all their guests, and we are disappointed that you experienced issues and left. We have shared your feedback and the owner would like to clarify the following;
     
    Owner's response: "Tiffany, We are very sorry that you experienced this we have not ever had this happen to any of our guests. As we explained to you I lost my credit card and as is the procedure they will cut off the card that is lost and issue an immediate replacement. I forgot to update my payment option with the water company and therefore my water was shut off.  
     
    I tried everything within my power to escalate the issue and have it turned on immediately but was unsuccessful. Had I known about this earlier I believe I would have been successful but I was unable to rectify the issue and I am very sorry that you had this unpleasant experience.
     
    Please understand that in the three years of hosting this has never happened before and I will ensure it never happens again.  I pride myself on being a Superhost and in keeping the orderliness and cleanliness of my home.
     
    We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests. We will continue to strive for the 5-star experiences we know we can deliver."

    The property was better than I expected; my Family was VERY IMPRESSED I was satisfied with EVERYTHING about the property; unfortunately, there was NO COMMUNICATION with the property manager. I sent 3 or 4 text messages with pictures of things that I didn't want to be blamed for, but I never got any responses. Nevertheless, I would DEFINITELY recommend this property!

    From the owner: "My apologies...are you sure you had the correct number when you were texting me? As you can read the feedback from other guests, you will see that I am very responsive to my guests when I am contacted. I would have loved to hear if you found that something did not function properly. Again l, my apologies".

    Hi Terence, we truly appreciate you sharing your thoughts about your recent stay. Your feedback is essential to us, and we've relayed your comments to the homeowner, who would like to address the following:
    -We regret that there were issues with the appliances during your stay, and we were unaware of these issues at the time. Had we been notified while you were there, we would have promptly addressed them. As most of our guests can confirm, we pride ourselves on being very responsive to any concerns raised by our guests. We assure you that we would never knowingly leave a water leak unattended due to the potential damage it can cause. Upon discovering the refrigerator leak, we immediately arranged for repairs.
    -Regarding the microwave, this is the first time we've been made aware of any problems, and we will promptly have it repaired or replaced to ensure the comfort of our future guests.
    Our commitment to providing an exceptional stay remains steadfast, and we eagerly anticipate hosting many more satisfied guests.
